These packages typically include a variety of foods such as whole grains, canned fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and protein sources like beans and peanut butter, which provide vital nutrients needed for growth, energy, and disease prevention. Access to these nutritious items helps individuals make healthier choices, supports the development of strong bones and muscles, and can improve mental health and cognitive function.
