Police Athletics for Community The Organization's mission is to prevent at-risk and disadvantaged inner-city children from becoming involved in street gangs, crime, drug use and victimization by providing an opportunity to develop discipline, self-esteem and positive moral values through wholesome competition via numerous sports and activities and through building positive relationships between police officers, the youth participants and their families, and the greater Omaha community.
