The Corporation is to function exclusively as a Non-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, and Charitable Organization. In the course of its purpose, the Public Benefit functions shall include: To be a non-denominational Christian Organization, which, Provides relief to any such needy community and/or persons exclusively but not limited to orphans, widows, refugees, disabled, street children and Participate in programs that are geared toward improving Christian education. To take property, real or personal, by purchase, gift, or by bequest or devise, subject to such provisions, restrictions or limitations as may, from time to time, be prescribed by law.
