OUTSTRETCHED ARMS MINISTRIES INC The mission of Outstretched Arms is to assist in training and equipping pastors, lay people and churches in Central America with Bibles, books, and other necessary tools for studying and teaching. OAM also incorporates the concepts of assisting with practical means, such as, teaching a skill or a trade, especially for single Moms and youth. Other functions of OAM include helping through humanitarian aid, such as, providing food, clothing, and medical help to those living in abject poverty.
