Utah Donor Collaborative Foundation Utah Donor Collaborative Foundation educates and empowers diverse communities by supporting innovative programs that foster civic participation and voter access. We strive to inspire all voters, including the local youth population, rural populations, economically disadvantaged communities, as well as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), to exercise their right to vote, thereby driving meaningful change and civic inclusivity for a brighter future.
