CONSERVATION PATHWAYS INC CONSERVATION PATHWAYS, INC. is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. The purpose is to help future conservation leaders bridge the gaps between college and career by -increasing knowledge and understanding of local ecology through scientific research -providing opportunities for students, particularly but not limited to college students and upper level high school students, to obtain skills in scientific research and science communication -providing opportunities for students to network with professionals in environmental science, geology, ecology, and other conservation fields. -increasing awareness, understanding, and appreciation of local ecology through educational activities and services including, but not limited to: field trips, presentations, research projects, and publications.
