CAPE FEAR EMS FOUNDATION The Cape Fear EMS Foundation is a nonprofit organization established to support and strengthen the emergency medical services community across the Cape Fear region of North Carolina. Our mission is to provide equitable access to pre-hospital education through scholarships for EMS students in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, and Columbus counties, and to offer hardship grants to EMS professionals through the Kevin Fuson Memorial Fund. In addition to supporting providers, the Foundation promotes public safety by hosting community CPR and emergency preparedness programs, empowering residents with life-saving skills. Together, these initiatives foster a skilled, resilient, and compassionate EMS workforce and a safer, better-prepared community.
