Freedom Caucus Foundation Freedom Caucus Foundation the Charity is a recently formed nonprofit corporation. It filed its Certificate of Incorporation with the Delaware Secretary of State on July 12 2024. As stated in Article III of the Certificate of Incorporation it is incorporated and operated exclusively for religious charitable and educational purposes within I.R.C. section 501c3. The Charitys mission is to advance the notion of a limited federal government strong individual liberty promote constitutional principles and enhance civic engagement through education and advocacy. To achieve its mission the Charity will primarily engage in research training and educational activities.
