POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH PROJECT The Post Traumatic Growth Project (PTGP) is a nascent nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and communities to thrive in the face of adversity. We want to provide veteran support, first responder mental health resources, teacher resilience strategies, and healthcare worker recovery tools. Whether youre seeking peer support programs or therapist self-care, we offer trauma-informed care and expert-led resilience workshops to help you heal and grow. We believe that even in the darkest of times, it is possible to find hope, resilience, and positive growth. Through our programs, we equip individuals withthe tools to tap into their inner strength, cultivate meaningful connections, and discover the limitless potential within themselves.
