WORKER AGAINST THE RECIDIVISM RATES Workers Against The Recidivism Rate (WATRRS GROUP) tackles the recidivism rate by addressing the root causes from both ends of life. We are dedicated to educating and empowering youth, transforming them into leaders and productive members of society. Our goal is to cultivate role models who will inspire and guide other at-risk youth, fostering a community of resilience and positive change. We empower youth through education, cultivating them into leaders and productive individuals who can inspire and guide other at-risk youth. Additionally, we provide support for adults returning from incarceration, creating safe spaces where they can settle, rebuild their lives, and forge a bright future.
