CONTRAMONT RESEARCH The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation shall prioritize advancing scientific progress in the fields of artificial intelligence safety research, biological risk prevention, including all purposes arising from the aforementioned research priorities, including, but not limited to, the alignment of artificial intelligence, computational biology and chemistry, and general advances in mathematics.
