A R PUSEY FOUNDATION The Corporation is established exclusively for charitable religious scientific and educational purposes as defined in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended the "Code". All references herein to any Section of the Code include all regulations issued under it. In addition to the foregoing the Corporations purposes shall include but not be limited to the following: a To receive funds and other property obtained through donation bequest devise or other means; b To hold invest and disburse to other corporations exclusively dedicated to religious charitable scientific literary or educational purposes; c To promote cultivate and bolster charitable initiatives as directed by the Board of Directors; d To fulfill any additional charitable purpose allowed under Chapter 1702 of the Ohio Revised Code as determined suitable by the Directors;
