Monterey County Forward The mission of this organization is to promote social welfare by informing the public, public officials, the media and opinion leaders about housing, transportation, education, open space, water, public safefy, in the cities of Monterey County and the unincorporated areas of Monterey County. It will include mobilizing the public around future solutions to these quality of life challenges.
