Houston Forward Fund Inc Houston Forward Fund, Inc. will engage in educating the community. To this end, Houston Forward Fund will conduct research, seminars, forums, and other educational programs for the public on issues of public concern. It will also engage in activities promoting social welfare, such as advancing civic pride, promoting economic advancement and opportunities, and educating the public on issues crucial to citizens of the City of Houston, Texas. It may engage in substantial lobbying activities. Its activities are under the direction of a Board of Directors consisting of prominent individuals with backgrounds in academics and/or government. While Houston Forward Fund, Inc.s philosophy on issues may be generally consistent with that of a major political party, it will conduct its activities in a non-partisan manner and will not be affiliated in any way with the political party.
