RANCHO DEL VALLE HOUSING CORPORATION DBA RANCHO DEL VALLE APARTMENTS The Organization was established to provide low income housing and related facilities to elderly and handicapped persons, as needed, services specially designed to meet the physical, social and psychological needs of the elderly and that contributes to their health, security amd happiness.The Project ceased operations when it sold the apartment complex on February 10, 2017. As part of the sale transaction the Organization carried a 'Seller Note' (Residual Receipt Note).The Organization is retaining the Entity for future use of the above purpose.
