Health Connected Health Connected equips young people with information, skills, and support to make thoughtful choices about their relationships and sexual health throughout their lives. We do this through three programs: Youth Services (classroom-based puberty and sexual health instruction), Provider Services (training and technical assistance for schools and youth providers), and Parent Services (support for parents and families).
