HIGHROOTS WELLNESS & CONSULTING Highroots Wellness & Consulting is a nonprofit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Highroots Wellness & Consulting aims to serve the community through health and wellness-driven initiatives and activities that improve population health. The corporation shall collect quantitative and qualitative data to create comprehensive community health assessments and implement health promotion programs driven by evidence-based interventions and practices to support public health impacted by social determinants of health. The corporation provides the community, businesses, government entities, and other organizations, guidance on best health practices and health promotion programming. The organization supports the workforce of community health workers for sustainability.
