Miami Residents Say Yes For Watson The organization was established to serve as a core organization to bring together citizens and representatives of other organizations, and to improve and promote social welfare issues. It will educate the City of Miami residents,and advocate to ensure sound public policy is taking place as it impacts Watson Island. The entity will also provide voter engagement, organize grassroots, and advocate legislatively to educate and engage the community. Research will also be conducted to improve comunications with the public. Gathering, analyzing, disseminating data, and public opinion research will assist the entity in furthering its mission and to reach its goals. The organization will conduct fundraising actiivities to generate revenues adequate enough to carry out the purposes of the entity, and to pay consultants, attorneys, and accountants for rendering services to it.
