Washoe County Junior Livestock Washoe County Junior Livestock is organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes, including such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. Washoe County Junior Livestock is a nonprofit corporation formed for the public benefit and is not organized for the private gain of any person. WCJL's purpose is to provide support for the local youth livestock educational programs through provision of scholarships or other means of financial assistance. .
