North Star Foundation 1) Provide food, clothing, household goods, cash, and other forms of emergency assistance and humanitarian relief for low-income individuals and families who have insufficient resources to meet their basic needs(2) Equip and empower individuals to thrive(3) Eradicate ignorance, oppression, sickness, and poverty(4) Support other 501(c)(3) organizations that conduct similar charitable activities and further the Nonprofit's charitable purposes. The Nonprofit is organized and operates exclusively to improve the lives of poor, needy, underserved, and impoverished individuals and families throughout the country.b. The Board will be conducting the charitable activities, but hopes to expand the Board to include knowledgeable individuals who share the Board's passion.c. The Nonprofit will initially conduct activities locally but may expand to operate throughout the country as it receives sufficient funding.d.
