Friends of Vitala

Friends of Vitala 1)to provide financial and other support to institutions and projects that are dedicated to providing education and emotional support with respect to reproductive healthcare, including, but not limited to, the Vitala Global Foundation and similar domestic or foreign organizations that are organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 50l(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the ?Code?); 2)to provide education and emotional support to individuals navigating self-managed reproductive health care, including through the development of sexual and reproductive health digital tools; and 3)to conduct any other activities and to perform any and all acts which may be necessary, useful, suitable or proper for the furtherance, accomplishment or attainment of the purposes described in clauses (a) and (b) hereof.
