Lake Oswego Youth Traveling Basketball Lake Oswego Youth Traveling Basketball Association (LOYTBA) was formed in 1995 in an effort to provide competitive basketball programs for boys and girls in grades 4-8 feeding into Lakeridge and Lake Oswego High Schools. There is also a recreational program for 3rd - 5th graders. Tryouts are required for the Tournament teams. No tryouts are held for the Recreational teams.
