Cascade Pacific RC&D Area Who We Are: Our MissionCascade Pacific Resource, Conservation & Development is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1989 as part of a national network of RC&D Councils to support local communities. We sponsor and support grassroots, community-driven projects and programs in the Willamette Valley and across the state. Our mission is to work with people to enhance their communities through social, economic, educational, and environmental improvements. Fiscal Sponsorship Support CPRCD provides fiscal sponsorship and non-profit management services for groups, agencies, organizations, and other non-profits. We host, facilitate and manage programs, projects and partnerships that support our mission. Fiscally Sponsored Projects CPRCD has a long history of supporting local communities by serving as a Fiscal Sponsor for resource conservation, habitat restoration, and community diversity and development projects around the state.
