Oklahoma Association of Sports Officials The purpose of this Association shall be to recruit, educate, equip, assign, and retain sports officials in the State of Oklahoma and surrounding areas. The purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which corporations may be organized under the general corporation law of Oklahoma. The Corporation pledges that all its assets will be used exclusively for its exempt purpose. This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes as defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
