The Mount Notre Dame SGO The specific purpose for which the Organization is formed is to provide grants to Mount Notre Dame High School for tuition assistance, to be used primarily for academic scholarships, with a priority of benefiting low-income students, in order to (i) provide access to strong Catholic education taught in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, and (ii) eliminate financial barriers facing these students when trying to receive such education. The Corporation may also make distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and conduct activities consistent with such purposes and the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Ohio and Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
