INTRICATE MINDS

INTRICATE MINDS Intricate Minds intends to stimulate the Black Community and our allies to reduce the stigma related to mental health, HIV, drug use, and identifying as LGBTQ+. Established in 2023, Intricate Minds is a community and warming center which provides free drop-in harm reduction and wellness services and supplies to individuals, most of whom are low-income and/or unhoused. In 2024, Intricate Minds served an average of 250 individuals per month in the harm reduction program, and had close to 3,000 total individual interactions for the year. So far in 2025, we have provided 440 free haircuts, 880 sack lunches, 1100 warm meals, 500 doses of Narcan to reverse opioid overdose, and more.
