SAN DIEGO COUNTY AND COMMUNITIES OF INTEREST LEGISLATIVE CAUCUS The organization provides legislative policy and regulatory analysis for the purpose of addressing issues that face the San Diego area and the State of California. It helps inform stakeholders in the State about the San Diego dynamic region. Its focus is on the opportunities and challenges in the San Diego area as a bi-national region and the 18 tribal reservations within the County. Issues addressed include but are not limited to water infrastructure energy and environment within the San Diego area and the State.
