Blaine County First Responder The Corporation is to accomplish its purposes by providing support services to first responders and their immediate family, primarily in Blaine County, Idaho, during times of need through (i) providing assistance to first responders who suffer from but not limited to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder/Injury (PTSD/I); (ii) providing advocacy for health, employment and social needs of first responders and their immediate families; and (iii) developing individualized mental and physical rehabilitation and wellness programs for first responders.
