IMPACT SPACES INC

IMPACT SPACES INC Impact Spaces, Inc. (Organization"), was formed and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code ("Code") Section 501(c)(3). More specifically, the Organization will promote and support economic development activities in New York City by identifying and purchasing or leasing under-utilized office space with the intent to lease such office space to organizations that are tax-exempt under Code Section 501(c)(3) at below market rates to bolster the operations of nonprofits serving New York City, allowing them to operate more effectively and efficiently post-pandemic, and using more of their resources toward their mission and programs.
