SISTERGOOD INC Our mission is to provide health/wellness education to young girls and women in developing communities. We believe every woman deserves access to tools and information for living a healthy life. Sistergood provides facilitated learning and guides young girls and women into developing skills for self-discovery, self-care, and self-expression. Our weekly 1-hour programming equips women with strategies and tools to strengthen their physical and mental well-being, encourages them to become actively engaged in their communities, and empowers them to become leaders. The women in the Sistergood programs gain confidence, healthier habits, empowering mindsets, and a supportive community in sisterhood. We provide vocational and leadership training and mentorship. We currently serve communities in Liberia, Ghana, Kenya, and the U.S. Our programs have reached over 100 participants so far.
