RED FROGS USA INC Red Frogs USA (the Corporation) is a nonprofit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. Red Frogs exists to; a. provide resources to school-leavers, university students and young people who suffer from: (i) alcohol abuse, substance abuse, physical harm, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, self-harm, attempted suicide or who are otherwise in a state of helplessness, distress or misfortune; (ii) Peer pressure to engage in alcohol or substance abuse, self-harm or dangerous or otherwise unsafe or illegal behavior in any and all such ways as the Corporation considers to be effective but not to exclude the provision of direct relief through education, chaplaincy, and mentoring;
