Reclaimed Materials Resource

Reclaimed Materials Resource Reclaimed Materials Resources Management Co. is incorporated under the Vermont Nonprofit Corporation Act exclusively for, and shall be operated exclusively for, charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law (the "Code"). Without limiting the provisions of the preceding sentence (or any other provision of these Articles of Incorporation), the primary purpose of the corporation shall be to promote environmental conservation and minimize waste by reclaiming, recycling, and preserving existing resources and minimizing the use of and dependence on natural resources to serve basic human and communal needs for air, water, food, shelter, and energy.
