Friends of Salmon Bay Welcome! Friends of Salmon Bay (FOSB, pronounced FOZZ-bee) is the parent/teacher organization for Salmon Bay K-8 School in Seattle. All adults in our school community (parents, guardians, staff, teachers) are automatically FOSB members with an equal voice and vote — no application to fill out, no dues to pay. If you have a student enrolled at Salmon Bay, we invite you to participate in FOSB to support our school!
