CARDEN COUNTRY SCHOOL The Carden Country School was an interdenominational Christian school offering a rigorous, traditional curriculum in grades K-8, but closed its doors forever in June, 2023. Certain checks needed to clear and debts paid in the months after. We were advised by counsel to not liquidate or intentionally terminate the corporation for three years after closing (June 2026) in the remote possibility of claims that arose later. There were ZERO financial transactions between 7/1/24-6/30/25. This is an informational filing only return. There is no revenue, no expenses, and no change in Net Assets and Fund Balances in this time. The only asset remaining is approximately $2650.00 in cash
