Ballard Rotary Foundation To make available scholarships for secondary and post-secondary education to students who have potential but may not fit the qualification for other programs; to provide special grants to individual teachers, departments, orschools for projects which will enhance the quality of education; to expend money for other charitable, educational or specific purposes, including the support of other charitable organizations of character and purpose consistent with these concepts and "SERVICE ABOVE SELF", and to provide opportunities for community members to participate in schools by sharing their expertise, energy or caring in ways which promote the purposes of the Fund
