Catholic Community Response Team

Catholic Community Response Team Catholic Community Response Team provides direct support and referral services to those in crisis needing emergency assistance to meet their basic needs. We do it in a manner inspired by the Gospel of Jesus. Our focus is to keep families in their home or assist unhoused persons to get into and maintain housing. Provide a Christian compassionate response to those in need primarily within but not limited to the City of Pontiac. Provide intake services and assessments based on client needs to build a relationship in order to overcome small hurdles which hinder self-sustainability. Coordinate our efforts with other community agencies and providers to make the best use of available resources and to provide appropriate referrals to broaden the scope of our response.
