LOVING BEYOND UNDERSTANDING Loving Beyond Understandings purpose is to empower and support our LGBTQ+ community. We do this in three ways. First we create spaces engineered specifically to meet needs by empowering our community and providing them with resources and experiences to develop groups and events that enable them to connect. Second, we offer resources and trainings designed to empower community members and allies to improve their own environments to be better responsive to the needs of queer people. And lastly, we invest in goals oriented around health equity, addressing the glaring gaps in mental and physical health settings that often leave queer people behind.
