Fresh Path Inc Fresh Path, a new nonprofit organization established in 2023, began receiving funding in October 2023 through a contract with All Chicago to implement a Rapid Rehousing program for homeless youth and young adults ages 1824. The program, known as P-Lee's Station, is designed to serve up to 42 households, providing subsidized housing, case management, employment assistance, and other supportive services. It is structured as a two-year program to help participants achieve independence. During the final quarter of 2023, Fresh Path hired and trained staff and began the client intake process.
