OURSPACE

OURSPACE Consistent with the Corporation's general purpose, and in addition to those purposes outlined in the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation, OurSpace is an organization dedicated to providing general technical education, manufacturing and marketing assistance to small businesses, makers and artists. The specific objectives and purpose of this organization is to engage in charitable educational activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including but not limited to: (a) To provide resources for projects related to technology, small business development and artistic expression; (b) Through talks, workshops, collaborative projects, and other activities, to encourage research, knowledge exchange, learning, and mentoring in a safe, inclusive and culturally responsible space; To develop, support the development of, and provide resources for the development of local small businesses and practices.
