ECHOES OF EMMA INC Echoes of Emma Inc. is incorporated under the SC Nonprofit Corporation Act for exclusively charitable, educational, religious, literary and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. In furtherance of the Organization's purposes, the Organization will engage in Charitable activities, including providing scholarship opportunities primarily for undergraduate students in the name of the late Emma Frances Calder and making distributions for charitable purposes.
