TRINITAS COMMUNITIES ON MISSION Our team & missionTrinitas Communities is a network of Churches, Pastors, City Missionaries, Community Leaders, and their families, all on mission to form followers of Jesus to bring Heaven to Earth. This mission is carried out through communities on mission, based in Phoenix, AZ, and expanding across over 20 cities (and counting) in the United States and internationally.Our storyAfter three years of struggling with church planting, our leadership began asking fresh questions about the most effective way to live out the church's mission and reach those God was leading us to in our urban context. In response to those questions, a growing network of Communities on Mission (COMs) began to take shape in 2018. From our home base in Phoenix, this network has expanded through church plants that are made up of decentralized COMs like ours. These COMs serve a wide range of contexts, including transitional housing, veterans, urban youth, prisons, families of the incarcerated, families with special needs, rehab centers, refugees, women in crisis, and the homeless, to name a few.Our offering to youWe exist to equip, support, and scale Communities on Mission locally and globally through church planting or remissioning. We are seeking like-minded partners to join us in this mission. If God has placed a passion in your heart for a specific group of people in your city or a calling to plant a church, we would love to explore how we can resource you with coaching, connection, collaboration, care to help bring your God-inspired vision to life. To inspire prophetic imagination for what could be, we host weekend intensives called Experience Trinitas, where you can explore and immerse yourself in the culture and convictions of Trinitas Church.
