PRINCETON HOUSING AND COMMUNITY PHCDC's mission is to provide very low, low, and moderate income residents in the greater Princeton community with quality, affordable housing facilities and services specifically designed to improve the quality of life for the residents, and to assist in the development, redevelopment and management of affordable housing including the rehabilitation and/or conversion of existing housing and the general improvement of housing conditions.
