OHIO PET SANCTUARY INC The Purpose of The Ohio Pet Sanctuary, Inc. is to: 1. To create a charitable non-profit organization to rescue animals from situations in which owners find themselves no longer able to provide adequate care. 2. To rescue animals from situations that are abusive, endangering, or neglectful. 3. To rescue animals in danger of being euthanized at area shelters/pounds. 4. To provide shelter, food, medical care, and necessities for these animals. 5. To find new suitable homes that are capable of providing care for these animals. 6. To educate and promote the importance of spaying/neutering companion animals. 7. To educate the public on how to properly care for these animals to minimize the number of surrenders and abandonments.
