NORTH CAROLINA ALLIANCE OF YMCAS The North Carolina Alliance of YMCAs (the Alliance) is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting and strengthening the 25 North Carolina YMCA Associates through advocacy and capacity-building services such as strategic planning, board governance, collaborations, and peer networking. The Alliance collaborates with state agencies and statewide organizations as well as local community organizations in support of each of our areas of focus: (1) youth development, (2) healthy living, and (3) social responsibility.
