Housing for Health Orange County Inc The purpose of Housing for Health Orange County, Inc. ("HHOC") is to provide necessary functional and administrative support to its 501(c)(3) member organizations, all of whom are providing supportive housing services to California's most vulnerable residents such as individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health care access, children with complex care needs, the growing number of justice-involved populations who have significant clinical needs, and the growing aging population. HHOC's activities are currently primarily funded through the Department of Public Health CalAim Initiative for supportive services.
