OPEN SKY INC From our organizing document: Open Sky is a non-profit founded in August of 2021 organized to promote the mental health and physical wellbeing of New Hampshire's incarcerated population and to cultivate the possibilities of incarceration toward desistance, re-integration and the sharpest possible reduction of recidivism through the introduction of the skill-based discipline of Acting. Open Sky, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that shall operate exclusively for educational and mental health purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. The NTEE Code we used in our 1023 is 140.
