VINE ACADEMY INC To be a reference of excellence within the child care system promoting the community. To provide holistic nurturing, extended and improve family engagement by integrating biblical principles and introducing preschool academic content. All property of the Organization is irrevocably dedicated to charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes, under section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and shall not be held or used for any other purpose whatsoever. Assets of the organization are permanently dedicated to the exempt purpose described under section 501(c)(3). No part of the net earnings of the Organization shall inure to the benefit of any private individual, and no director, officer, or employee of the Organization shall receive any compensation or other payment in excess of reasonable compensation for services actually rendered to the Organization.
