YOUTHFUL IMPACT Our Mission is to increase the EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS of one million youth of color by 2030. Our first year of operations served over 100 youth using a culturally representative entrepreneurial mindset platform for building in-demand job skills among disconnected and disengaged youth.
