KEREN BNOS MENACHEM INC We are a grant making organization that will be supporting Jewish orthodox educational institutions. We will only grant organizations that arevetted through our pre-selection process. The board will implement criteria for pre selection. The board will make pre-selection inquiries and sitevisits to ensure the integrity and viability of the program supported. The program will be conducted by various board members from our officesat 1271 50th Street, Brooklyn, NY. 100 percent of our time will be expended on this grant making program. It will be funded throughcontributions by community members that are supportive of our projects. Approximately 95 percent of our expenses will be for our program withthe remaining 5 percent covering admin expenses. This furthers our exempt purposes of being organized exclusively for charitable, religiousand educational purpose.Requests for grants to organizations will be considered for any purpose consistent with the above activities.
