TRANSPLANT HOUSE OF WEST MICHIGAN The Transplant House of West Michigan is organized to provide individuals and their families that are going through the organ transplant process an affordable temporary home away from home in West Michigan to ease the transitions of their transplant journey. The Transplant House of West Michigan is organized to lessen the stress and financial burden on the families of transplant patients. Compassion, support, and a comforting home away from home is what we want to help provide. The Transplant House of West Michigan's goal is to have every transplant family in West Michigan have a home away from home to go to while they are going through the transplant process with a group of others going through the same for support.
